Pure guesswork as I dont read the papers or watch the news. I have not googled either...I am so good.. I guess it was a man since no man would allow a woman to go first. Mmmmmmm...now as to the amount. I first thought a fiver then changed it to a pound as we did use them.....many moons ago. Why its newsworthy? Is it because the cash machine is either 30 or 40 years old..cant be 50 surely.
