hmmmm, I think that they genuinely catch the noises etc on tape but I think it is cleverly edited to make it more paranormal than it genuinely is. Does that makes sense??!!!  ;D |

I think the live shows are staged, but I also think that the series episodes are edited cleverly!!

I just put mine in wrong lol...shows how much attention Im paying today...
I do think some of the MHL sections are real and not staged. Look at the writing experiment they did in Blackpool on the third night. Now as David Bull said to Louie they wouldn't have been able to do that unless they had all said one two three, let's draw a W or a C or a ? or those numbers. Now that was real for me...
But as for other areas. I don't like it when they get two mediums on the Live shows. It seems to me that if David is given more of a spotlight than Derek, that Derek has to try and stage this performance of picking up on everything that David does to try and get the camera attention.
The last night of Xmas MHL...when they were down in the tunnel. And David had picked up on this woman who had died whilst being raped. Now Derek immediately interrupted him and had to give his interpretation. Now surely it's just polite if someone is talking to let them finish...?

When I first watch MH I was fascinated and very naive. I think these later shows have been cleverly staged and I can't believe that Yvette still gets so scared. She must be a very good actress as is Derek (a good actor that is!)

I disagree,
All of them taking part said they were only lightly touching the planchette.
Therefore it would only have taken one of them to control the movement.

When I first watch MH I was fascinated and very naive. I think these later shows have been cleverly staged and I can't believe that Yvette still gets so scared. She must be a very good actress as is Derek (a good actor that is!) Yvette is a trained actress and even appeared in a TV show when she was younger. Karl Beatie is also a trained actor. As for Derek, well he has had about 20 years of practicing. Try and watch some of his investigations pre- MH, he truly is awful, very amatuerish |

No - but hey, that's just me (possibly). Maybe I have too much faith in these guys or something, but I just can't believe that they'd stage it. I mean, imagine what would happen if someone found out that it was staged, and what would happen if that got out. With all these millions of viewers and people they've put their trust in using their properties - I don't think they'd risk faking it.

if it was staged i for one want all the monies back that i have spent on their DVD`s as the way i would see this its been a scam from the start just too make money out of us...  there have been times when ive seen bits in MH when ive just thought .....ohh Pleaseeeee......but hey thats just me lol |

They did start the series with a serious agenda. But pressure from LivingTV for ratings meant they couldnt rely on rubbish like orbs and floorboards creaking. People were getting boroed with Dereks OTT possessions, so they constantly try and find new things to do. Now the problem they have is, if they come clean they will piss off so many fans, so they have to carry on, try and get as much money out of it, and hope that the secret never comes out. What they never thought of though, was that one of the crew would become sick of the cheating and find me. De Ja Vu. If you want to know the truth about the show, come join my site, have a read of all the proof we have, if you think its wrong, research yourself, the evidence is out there, you dont need me to tell you its fake, you can figure that out for yourself, but if you want a hand let me know |

I doubt it There's far too many people involved in the show, especially the live ones. Not everyone would agree to faking it, so if they did, word would have got out long ago. |

why didn`t he/she go public then ? why to you...what can you do too stop them ? it seems a bit funny to me.................why not go to the papers ? and let us all know they are cheating..get it all out in the open.....
IF one of the crew is telling you about all this like you say.....They are just as bad if not worse for not going public and letting everyone know..........imo.....he/she isn`t that trustworthy or they would have spoken up a long time ago............
So why don`t YOU go to the papers with all the proof you have With the ( crew ) member that gave it too you ?.....and don`t .........say your waiting for the right time.....thats crap...if you have proof like ya tell everyone then do it...?

If i was you and done all the research on MH/derek-with all this proof i would have spilled the beans when i had the chance...so that everyone could see my site was telling the truth all along....And with one of the ( crew ) members to back you up with their proof how can it backfire ?...as i said........it just don`t seem right to me |

Firstly we have been to the papaers a few times with things, and they are not bothered as MH is only a small show with a small amount of viewers.
also we make public these revelations ourselves, why should the newspapers get all the credit?
By the way, we just done an article showing that Derek Acorah used a plant at one of his theatre shows.
But i am sure you will have some excuse about that as well
