Was just thinking about this after a conversation to do with sleep walking, what things scare you? I have a few... (not in any particular order)
1. People, ie my brother, sleep walking. 2. Umpa Lumpas 3. The wheeler things from the film 'Return to Oz' 4. Spiders 5. Wasps and Moths 6. My developing fear of the sea/water 7. Being trapped in small spaces 8. The thought of losing the people I love.
Hurmmm...

I don't know where it came from especially as my dad was in the Navy and we used to go on the ships alot. But I have a growing fear of the sea especially, I don't know why, I think its definately got something to do with a fear of drowing... that would be my worst fear.
I'm not scared of dying as such, but maybe a little scared of the unknown after we die?
Umpa Lumpas, you know... off charlie and the chocolate factory. Urgh.

I thought of another one - being dependant on other people like when you get old or maybe ill and can't do things for yourself. That scares me.

So its a fear of the sea and not water like in a pool.? I am very wary of the sea and never venture too far out but in a pool I swim like a dolphin. Not scared of what happens after we are dead as if there is nothing we wont know about it anyway.I just dont want to know I am dead like my father did.eek!! Never seen charlie and the chocolate factory. Blimey millie..I am terrified of my future if my back gets any worse. I already depend on people to help me out with my shopping ect but am working towards changing that. Its mainly not having the money to get cabs to the shops that stops me though. Is a scary thought.

Yeah its more of the sea. And just the general thought of drowning. I think its rivers and natural waters as well, but I' fine with swimming pools and all that kind of thing.
Obviously if there is nothing, I wouldn't be scared. How did your father know he was dead?
Google, Umpa Lumpas, you will see what I mean.

A lot of people have the same fear with the sea. My fathers heart stopped beating and he told me he knew he should call a nurse but he could not move or shout out. He said it was a strange feeling and he thought to himself.....**** I am dead. He was lucky he was already in hospital. An orange doll. Is it what they did in the film that scares you?

Sorry to ask about it again, but I don't understand. If you father knew he was dead, as you say, how could he then tell you about it? I'm confused.
They weren't orange dolls! They were real people! Well, dwarves. They had orange faces, white mouths and eyebrows, green hair and dodgy clothes. But their singing also scares me and the way they walk.

The doctors got his heart beating again. I of course asked him if he went anywhere when he 'died' and he said that after he felt his heart stop beating and realised what had happened it all went blank until he woke up with doctors all around him.
Oh right..I saw a doll picture.

Oh I see, so he his heart had stopped beating and he knew it. That is strange. So he must have been concious to know that everything went blank. Wow, that is scary. Sorry to have to go on about it, I get it now.
They are the most vile creatures. Urgh. Apart fom the Wheeler things... they scare me!

Definately the most scary movie of all time. It sends shivers down my spine, it makes me feel sick, of all the horror movies, this creeps me out like no other. I'm not joking.
